Zapier, Integromat, Integrately & Pabbly

TexAu can integrate with most automation services like Zapier, Integromat, Integrately, and soon Pabbly Connect.
Those integrations open a wide range of automation possibilities to interconnect all your favorite apps!
At the moment, you can access Zapier and Integromat private apps (in beta, but functional).
There are three available triggers:
- Webhook
- Get spice results
- Get recipe results
And three for actions:
- Run spice
- Run recipe
- Run Prospector
That means you can launch a workflow using TexAu spice or recipe results inside these automation tools.
Let's see how it works!
First, to access the Zapier private app, click and open this link below:

To use this app, you will need a TexAu developer API key (available in all plans, from 40 daily minutes and above).
You can access your API key from this URL:
Here, delete and regenerate a fresh API Key. You only need to do this once for all integrations:

Then copy it in a safe place:

Head over Zapier's private connection page:
Select the TexAu app and click "add connection" to add the API Key you copied before:

Create a new Zap:

Here is the list of TexAu triggers and actions available in Zapier:

You can trigger a spice or recipe launch from:
- Webhook trigger
- Results from any spice past execution
- Results from any recipe past execution
You can run any of the actions below after that:
- Spice
- Recipe
- Prospector
Here's how to set up a trigger from a spice past execution results:

Now let's take a simple use case to send the results of a recipe to create new contacts in Hubspot:
First, set up a trigger to get the results from a recipe. Here you will be able to select any TexAu spices by searching by name or manual selection:

To test the trigger, select the data results from the last spice execution. The more recent results showing at the top of the list:

Finally, set up an action to create a new contact in Hubspot. For this, you will map the data you got from TexAu in the previous step:

Now let's take a second example, this time using a form filling trigger from Typeform.
Here we will build a simple workflow that will run a recipe in TexAu as soon as someone completes a form:

See this in action:

Integromat is another cost-effective alternative to Zapier with a unique user interface.
To use the Integromat TexAu app, click the link below to add the app to your account:

Same as before with Zapier, you will need a TexAu developer API key (available in all plans, from 40 daily minutes and above).
You can access your API key from this URL:
Here, delete and regenerate a fresh API Key. You only need to do this once for all integrations:

Then copy it in a safe place:

Now, in Integromat, let's create a new scenario. Integromat scenario is the name given to a workflow:

Click on the big blue plus (+) icon and select the TexAu app:

You'll see the list of triggers and actions available in Integromat:

You can trigger a spice or recipe launch from:
- Webhook trigger
- Results from any spice past execution
- Results from any recipe past execution
You can run any of the actions below after that:
- Spice
- Recipe
- Prospector
Here's how to set up a trigger from a spice past execution results:

Select TexAu app, add your TexAu API Key you copied before, and choose the spice or recipe you want to use in the list:

Integromat TexAu app will list all the execution results data from newest to oldest (top to bottom):

Then click on the module, right-click and press Run Once. This will load all the results from the spice or recipe:

Let's build simple automation to send leads collected from TexAu recipe results to create new contacts in Hubspot CRM:

First, load the TexAu app as before and click Get Recipe Results:

Select the recipe name you want. Right-click on the TexAu app module and Run Once to load all the recipe results.
After that, connect a new Hubspot module, select Create New Contact and map the fields you obtained from TexAu recipe results:

As explained before, the loaded recipe results will show all executions from the most recent to the oldest one in order:

Another use case: creating records in Airtable to build a mini no-code CRM importing LinkedIn profile thumbnails.
Social profile thumbnails are temporary by design. So when you scrape those images, their links will expire after some time. Using this method will import all images as attachments in Airtable. You can reproduce the same setting with Google Drive and Google Sheets.

Here the process is similar to the previous one we did to create new contacts from recipe results in Hubspot:

Note that you will have to create a filter in Integromat to remove all profiles from TexAu results that haven't got a profile image:

Finally, run the Integromat scenario. This automation will upload each profile image link as attachments in Airtable. So in case their links expire, you will still be able to store these images.

Cheap but effective no-code CRM. You can even trigger and send emails with this:

Integrately is another Zapier alternative you can use to connect all your apps.
To use the Integrately TexAu app, create new automation:

Select TexAu app as trigger:

Select the second app, in our example Hubspot CRM:

Here you have the choice to select two triggers:
- The recipe has new results in TexAu
- Spice has new results in TexAu

Let's choose a trigger from a spice result, then select create a contact in Hubspot:

To use this app, you will need a TexAu developer API key (available in all plans, from 40 daily minutes and above).
You can access your API key from this URL:
Here, delete and regenerate a fresh API Key. You only need to do this once for all integrations:

Then copy it in a safe place:

Finally, paste your API Key in the field below:

Choose the spice or recipe name you want to get the results from the list:

Connect to your Hubspot CRM account:

Now, your automation is ready. Click "Yes I want to Customize":

Select "Create a contact in Hubspot" and map TexAu variables in each corresponding Hubspot field:

Done and ready to go!

Pabbly recently opened their API backend to developers, so except a native integration very soon.
