Onboarding

Welcome to TexAu! Today, I am your Captain: Captain Leads, of course!
Let me first introduce you to the main features of this fully automated ship.
See this video for a quick overview of TexAu:
The main horizontal menu starts with your account preferences located at the right corner your the dashboard:

For more details about account setup and team members, you can read this guide:
Next is the workspace manager. A workspace is unique to each people's set of social media accounts you manage.
Ex: Let's say you manage automation for three people from your Sales team, each having 1 LinkedIn account and 1 Twitter account. For this, you will create three workspaces: 1 for each person.

Next is the notification center that summarizes all your automation history, from successful executions to failed runs.

Clicking any of those notifications will redirect you to the logs manager in the results tab:

Next are your daily execution time and email enrichment limits included in your plan.
Those limits will be reset every 24 hours at midnight based on your time zone.

Next is the Knowledge Base quick search. Here you can query any topic that links to TexAu documentation for immediate help:

Next is your TexAu affiliate member request if you want to promote TexAu and earn a commission. We will ultimately move this to your preferences later on.

Want to be a TexAu affiliate with our 20% recurring commission program? You can apply here:
Last: the onboarding videos:

The Automation Store is the first window you will land on after logging in TexAu.
It displays all the available automation modules that you can launch individually.
Each module is presented by its social network category, showing each platform's respective logos.
For faster navigation, you can filter automation by:
- searching its name
- the social network category
- by favorites, most used, and beta modules (upcoming automation - for beta testers only)

In TexAu, you can search any automation by its name or any keyword it contains:

You can easily filter automation modules by platform categories like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc... This filter also covers native email enrichment and verification integrations like Snov, Dropcontact, Hunter, Full Contact...

You can tag all your favorite automation and retrieve them instantly from the "Favorite Automation" tab:

The same goes for all the same automation you recently used found in the "Used Automation" section:

You can find the complete detail of each automation here from the TexAu website:

The top tab on the left of the dashboard is specific to TexAu cloud (browser version). Using proxies in the cloud version is mandatory to ensure your account's safety.
This window allows managing all your connection cookies for all your social accounts under one workspace for one set of personal accounts.
Workspaces are not the same as team members' accounts.

You can add as many workspaces as you want for all your clients and give it a memorable name.
Each workspace will store all the unique cookie values for each people you automate for:

You can find more details about the cookie manager here:
This area is the best-kept secret of TexAu connoisseurs: it's where our automation cooks make the best recipes 😛.
Here you can create, build and manage all your automation workflows in one place.

By clicking any of the cards above, you'll be able to jump into the workflow builder to build your automation workflows:

Workflow templates (public recipes) are a collection of starter templates you can import into your account to understand how to build your automation workflows.
Those are more simple automation than tailored-made automation sequences.

By clicking any of the templates, it will open the automation details that you can import into your own TexAu account:

To import a template, click on the "Use this Recipe" button:

You can learn more about how to use those public template here:
TexAu Prospector is a separate workflow accessible from the dashboard menu:

The Prospector is an automation that will auto prospect and scrape any leads based on a company name or company domain and a job role list input.
Ex: prospecting all the CMOs and CEOs from a list of 50 companies' names or domains.
This input below will give the following output:

You can also use TexAu Prospector with Zapier and Integromat:

Logs are handy to understand what's happening in real-time in your automation.
It's also essential to learn how to adjust or debug your automation flows.
Logs are the first thing support will check to troubleshoot your issue.

Here you can search and filter all current and past running executions from completed, failed, running (processing now), and paused:

More about logs here:
This tab links to our Youtube channel and showcases a few TexAu use cases. In addition, we will soon include video explainers for all automation.

Here you'll find the old public roadmap and doesn't show all the current developments and regular updates.
TexAu has a private roadmap indeed. We will replace this menu with the Feature Request board.

This tab allows you to generate a unique API Key to use TexAu for your SaaS, use TexAu via its Zapier or Integromat apps, or any tools that integrate using our API.

You can regenerate or delete your API Key anytime:

Have an idea, a remark about the UX, found a typo, or a visual bug or something confusing? Leave us feedback here:

With this feedback tool, you can draw, annotate and pin hotspots on the screen to report a visual bug or glitch. You can also leave general feedback about an idea you have or ways you think we can improve.

The feedback tool is NOT the channel for leaving a support ticket to report an automation execution issue. For this, please open the Intercom live chat support on the bottom right of the screen.
Do you have an issue with the execution of one of your automation, or workflow? Then open a support ticket via our Intercom chat:
