On LinkedIn, you can automate message sending with TexAu. Usually, that step comes after a profile accepts your connection request.
While we recommend processing messages in a workflow instead, we will demonstrate how to do so from the Automation Store.

Input Example:
Here, input your connection cookie, and compose the message you want to send with TexAu:
You can use either the LinkedIn profile URL or the chat thread URL (URL of the chat conversation with each profile, helpful if multiple profiles are involved in a conversation):

You can also use tags to personalize your message with dynamic placeholders for the profile's first and last names.
You can also use personalized images with 3rd party tools like Hyperise and Nexweave.

Here is how the process looks like:

Let's say you already sent a message campaign to some of your connections:

Once the campaign is over, go to the result section to download the output CSV file of the campaign:

Then re-import the CSV file back in a new message spice session. Map the CSV header and column data:

Now let's send a follow-up message with reply detection based on the first message data (in the CSV file you uploaded).
Here, you can personalize the message like before, using tags (first name & last name taken from profile data in the CSV) or use any custom field present in the CSV using column tags.
For example, if your column contains any custom field, let's say in column A, you can dynamically use that data by using column tags like {{A}}.
For this, you need to switch from text tags to column tags:

Instead of dealing with CSV file uploads, you can run your follow-up campaign from the result section using the previously sent message data that TexAu stored from the past execution.

Here, it's the same process as with sending LinkedIn messages but this time with Sales Navigator InMails:

Input your connection cookies and the profile you want to send an InMail in TexAu to run this automation.
Input example:
You also have the option to only outreach to "open profiles" (also called L.I.O.N, e.g., people who accept connections from all profiles). This is useful, considering LinkedIn's new limit restriction on 2nd and 3rd-degree connections. With this, you can still send more invitations to these profiles.

Same as before, you can also personalize your message with the profile details:

This automation lets you extract all the threads or "conversation links" from each profile you interacted with privately via LinkedIn chat.
In the below picture, each conversation/profile has a unique thread URL. You can use those thread URLs to scrape the content of each conversation you had with those profiles:

To find the chat threat for each profile, click on any discussion from the left tab. You will see the corresponding thread URL in your browser address bar:

You can also filter the type of message you want to extract from your inbox:

Input your connection cookie, and optionally select the type of message you want to scrape to run this automation:

You can also extract the content of all the conversations you had with profiles:

For this, copy and paste your cookie and the chat thread URL (or the profile URL) to run this automation:

Same as before with LinkedIn conversation links but with Sales Navigator this time.
Why do we have both regular LinkedIn and Sales Navigator? Well, if you don't know already: both LinkedIn and Sales Navigator inboxes are separate.
Another good reason to scrape its content! Because if you cancel your Sales Navigator subscription, you will lose all your InMail conversations! Sad but true.

Input your connection cookie and the number of threads (discussions) you want to scrape to run this automation:

Again, same as extracting LinkedIn chat messages but with Sales Navigator.
Here, copy the chat thread URL of the conversation you want to extract and input it with your connection cookie in TexAu.

You can also send Twitter direct messages to a profile with TexAu.

Input your cookie and the profile URL you want to send a message. Then, compose your message and personalize it with custom tags from your CSV or Google Sheet column data.

You can also automate Slack messages with TexAu.
Click on the user profile you want to send a message to. It will appear on the left tab:

In your browser navigation bar, you will see the Slack workspace URL and the associated user ID:

Input your session cookie, Slack workspace URL, and the user Slack ID in TexAu to run this automation.

The state of Facebook and Instagram Messenger
Months ago, it was possible to send Facebook and Instagram direct messages.
But in Fall 2020, both merged into Messenger, which made our current implementation obsolete. We could have released temporary automation for both instead of focusing solely on Messenger, but we chose to focus on the latter.
The team will come up with an upgraded version addressing Messenger. Stay tuned.
