Automation Workflow Templates


Automation Templates are a collection of quick starters build by our automation experts.
It's great to get a quick grip on building workflows and understanding how to link automation modules with variables.
We are in the process of simplifying those templates to make them more accessible to beginners.
Based on customer feedback, we know the current iteration of this still has a steep learning curve. Stay tuned.
First, select any template you want to try:

Second, click on the green button "Use this Recipe" to import it into your account:

You'll find the imported workflow in the recipe section of your account. Finally, click on the newly imported workflow to open it:

To run some public workflow templates, you will need to add a Google Sheet or CSV input.
For this, you will need to map that local variable to the Sheet column containing the data you want to process.
When mapping your local variable, let the "variable value" field empty. That's because we will take this value directly from the Sheet column itself.
Last, don't forget to set your Google Sheet permission as "viewer" (to read the sheet) or "editor" if you also want to write data on the sheet later (for data enrichment of an existing file).

For CSV files, the process is similar: upload your CSV file, map the local variable and run.
